Heritage Greens
Community Development District
I-75 in Collier County, Florida. The Heritage Greens Community Development District (CDD)
provides the local governmental services and maintains the public infrastructure except for the
sewer and potable water systems which were dedicated to Collier County when completed. Heritage
Greens is a planned community and was originally developed as the Dove Pointe Community
Development District and then became Heritage Greens CDD when turned over to the residents in
2002. The Heritage Greens CDD was established in 1996 and was totally build out by turnover in
2002.

The community consists of 527 residential units surrounding the Arrowhead Golf Course. The CDD
has responsibility for the security, the roads, sidewalks, street lights and the landscaped entrance
to the community. In addition the CDD must maintain two protected preserve areas and the canal
association provides a clubhouse with fitness center, swimming pool and tennis courts for the
residents.
